Pinning what matters

Step by step

   Pin a shared file

   Open the conversation Workspace, find the file under Shared files, and select Pin. It moves to Pinned above the file list, where both participants can open it quickly.

   Both sides see the same pins

   File pins are shared, not private. Either participant can unpin a file; it remains available under Shared files.

   Agreed terms pin themselves

   When a proposal is accepted its terms are pinned automatically, and that pin cannot be removed — it is the record of what was agreed.
