Step by step

Schedule from the conversation
Open a conversation and select Schedule a call in the composer, or + Schedule in Workspace Calls.

Choose a time and schedule
Pick a future date and time, a duration, and an optional agenda, then select Schedule call. The app creates a Google Meet and invites the other participant; no in-app confirmation is needed.
Call history stays with the conversation
The Meet link appears in the thread and Workspace Calls. Upcoming meetings on the dashboard links back to the conversation; past calls remain in Calls as a dated record.
